The Siblings Project {January 18}

I’m not a fan of January, it’s cold, dark, grey and always feels like the longest month of the year.  The last four weeks have had a big contrast. We’ve had two weeks of Christmas school holidays, which involved a lot of relaxing and a bit of work and then the other two weeks have been the end of term and then the start of the new term, so all routine and busy rushing around.  We can’t wait for Spring to arrive.

The relationship between these two is so cute but sometimes can be so infuriating. They are constantly picking at each other, poking, pinching, annoying each other and then the next second they’re hugging and kissing and making up new games to play.  Their likes and dislikes are different, Oliver still likes to do what Ethan does a little bit but he definitely has his own unique ideas too.  I love it when I can catch natural expressions like in the photo below.

I’m looking forward to capturing some lovely images this year and creating this online photo album for the boys as they grow.  Look at how much they’ve grown from this time last year!

  1. I am joining in for the first time this year and wish I had started sooner. Such a wonderful way to record memories. They really have grown!
