Me & Mine Project {October 17}

How is it the end of October already? Didn’t the boys just go back to school and now half term is already finished and the clocks have gone back.  This month we’ve had some lovely family time, pumpkin picking, an autumn walk, lunch with my parents, half-term meals out and karate grading.

This month the boys have been loving eating and drinking all the chocolate at our meals out at Bill’s and Timmermans Garden Centre, swimming and going down the big slide with Nana pushing the wheelbarrow at the pumpkin patch, trick or treating and spending a little bit of their pocket money on new pens in Paperchase and a small toy in The Entertainer.

Matteo has been loving getting plenty of karate practice in for his grading last Saturday, watching the football, having friends over for an Italian Pizza night and getting back into his Tex comic books.

I have loved having a quick look round Sherwood food market, our first time at the Pumpkin Patch, four lie-ins in a row at half-term with no alarm clock, pancakes for breakfast and a relaxed walk round Nottingham with my boys and reading one of my favourite books when I was little to the boys at night.

This month’s photos were taken tonight, properly last minute and a quick bit of Halloween fun after trick or treating and just before dinner!

You can have a look back at our September photos here.
