This month’s been a bit of a different one for us. I started my new job at the beginning of the month doing two weeks of full-time training meaning Ethan and Oliver had to go in to extra childcare and then the last two weeks I’ve changed my work days so we’ve had a little bit of a different routine plus the boys have finished school so they’ve been back and forward to Nana & Grandad’s and had a day in holiday club at school.

What with all the change of routine and craziness during the week, this month has been full of quiet weekends, catching up on cleaning and washing. The first weekend we went to a house party, the second Saturday the boys went to their last football practice until September and last Saturday we went into town quickly for a pizza at Suede bar to celebrate to start of the summer holidays but apart from that we’ve been having lazy mornings and time at the park.

This month’s photos were taken on Sunday (30th) at Gedling Country Park. We had a lovely walk/bike ride and then the boys got an ice cream from the new cafe before it started raining.

This month Matteo has been loving watching the Columbo box set this month and has bought himself a guitar. Whether he ever learns how to play it is another matter!

I’ve been loving the new challenge of my new job, getting to know new people and enjoying the first few days of the holidays with friends.

Ethan has been loving his new fidget spinner, watching POP on a Saturday morning, going to friends houses to play and building another Lego Ninjago bike.

Oliver has been loving his new Spiderman watch, his Smiggle snap band, going to friends houses to play and building his other Lego Ninjago bike as well as his other Lego creation.
