- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- You can start by adding 150ml of apple juice if you like your smoothie thicker and then add more liquid if you need to.
- I like to put the frozen berries in first and leave for half an hour to defrost a little before adding everything else.
- Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
