Wonder Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Frozen Berries
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 handful Red grapes
  • 1 heaped tsp Erbology Aronia Powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Milled flax & seeds
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tbsp Erbology Aloe Vera Juice
  • 250 ml Apple Juice

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can start by adding 150ml of apple juice if you like your smoothie thicker and then add more liquid if you need to.
  3. I like to put the frozen berries in first and leave for half an hour to defrost a little before adding everything else.
  4. Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
