Wonder Berry Smoothie Bowl

- 250 g Frozen Berries
- 1 large Banana
- 1 handful Red grapes
- 1 heaped tsp Erbology Aronia Powder
- 1 heaped tsp Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 heaped tsp Milled flax & seeds
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp Erbology Aloe Vera Juice
- 250 ml Apple Juice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
You can start by adding 150ml of apple juice if you like your smoothie thicker and then add more liquid if you need to.
I like to put the frozen berries in first and leave for half an hour to defrost a little before adding everything else.
Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
Serve and enjoy!
