Equipment

  • Large Baking Tray

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Jumbo Oats I use gluten free
  • 50 g Oat Flour
  • 50 g Ground Almonds
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 50 g Coconut Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Butter or other nut butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 50-75 g Dark chocolate chunks or chips or chopped nuts
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees C (180 fan)
  • Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls using the palms of your hands and flatten down slightly onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container or cake tin for up to five days.
