- 50 g Jumbo Oats I use gluten free
- 50 g Oat Flour
- 50 g Ground Almonds
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 50 g Coconut Sugar
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Cashew Butter or other nut butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- 50-75 g Dark chocolate chunks or chips or chopped nuts
- 1 pinch Salt
Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees C (180 fan)
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Roll the mixture into small balls using the palms of your hands and flatten down slightly onto a lined baking tray.
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and then enjoy!
Store in an airtight container or cake tin for up to five days.
