  • Blender


  • 250 g Frozen Berries
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 handful Red grapes
  • 1 heaped tsp Erbology Aronia Powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Milled flax & seeds
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tbsp Erbology Aloe Vera Juice
  • 250 ml Apple Juice


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can start by adding 150ml of apple juice if you like your smoothie thicker and then add more liquid if you need to.
  • I like to put the frozen berries in first and leave for half an hour to defrost a little before adding everything else.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
